As such, Walbro255.com cannot take any responsibility for injuries or damages caused by improper fuel pump installation. Walbro255.com is in no way affiliated with Walbro Engine Management. Orders are processed and fulfilled by Injected Performance, LLC.
While Walbro fuel pumps and installation kits are designed to make the swap as easy as possible, there are some instances where slight modifications or customization may be required. In these cases we strongly suggest a professional installation.
2. Payment Walbro255.com accepts payment through Paypal, which can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and payments from your personal Paypal account. Each order is authorized through the AVS and CVC methods in order to insure accuracy and prevent fraudulent transactions. Furthermore, if using a credit card, billing and shipping addresses must match. Under certain circumstances, we may make exceptions. Please give us a call or email if you have a special situation.
Money orders and wire transfers are also accepted. For local customers, you may visit us at our store location and pay in any method listed above, as well as cash.
3. Cancellations: As long as the order has not shipped, orders may be canceled. You will receive a refund via the payment method in which you originally paid. Canceled orders will face a 10% cancellation fee.
4. Returns: Returns will be accepted for up to 7 days past the delivery of the item. All returned items must be in un-used, brand new condition. Returns must be authorized with one of our sales team members before being sent back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise adding insurance to any returned packages.
5. Refunds: Once the product has been returned, we will inspect it to insure that it is in acceptable condition. Once the return has been verified, you will receive a refund via the payment method in which you originally paid. Returned orders will face a 20% re-stocking fee.
6. Backorders: Due to the nature of our inventory, some items are occasionally out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified of the status and given the opportunity to cancel the order for no penalty. Once the order has been fulfilled, standard cancellation and return policies will apply.
7. Warranty: All products sold by Walbro255.com carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Walbro offers a 1 year warranty from defects on their fuel pumps. Walbro255.com will be more than happy to act as a liaison for any warranty issue. Currently, there is a $40 fee in order to have a fuel pump tested. In the meantime, we can sell you an additional fuel pump. If the original pump was in fact defective, you will receive a credit for the second fuel pump purchased, as well as the $40 test fee.
